Rafi Ton
CEO
Rafi Ton brings a rich background in management, international business development and sales. Rafi was the founder and CEO of NewACT (acquired by Amdocs). Prior to founding NewACT, he served as the business manager of the Instant Messaging and Presence business unit at Comverse (Nasdaq:CMVT.PK) where he was responsible for all commercial and business development activities. Prior to joining Comverse, Rafi was VP Asia Pacific and head of Business Development at Followap, now part of NeuStar (NYSE:NSR), where he managed the expansion of Followap to Asia and formed its alliances with handset vendors, Value Added Resellers and OEM channels.

Genady Buchatsky
Director, Mobile Clients Development
Genady leads our client software development team. He brings more than 10 years experience in developing client-side applications for Symbian, Windows Mobile, iPhone and Android mobile phones. Prior to joining Casual-Mobile, Genady was responsible for the smartphone development team at NewACT (acquired by Amdocs) where he lead the Symbian and Windows Mobile design and development. Before NewACT, Genady held numerous management and development positions (Destinator Technologies - acquired by Intrinsyc, Followap acquired by NeuStar) where he was responsible for the design, development and implementation of various application on mobile devices.

Alex Rutgaizer
Art Director
Alex is responsible for Casual-Mobile's design team. Alex brings to Casual-Mobile more than 10 years experience in graphic design and user-interface design for PC, Web and mobile phones. Prior to Casual-Mobile Alex held various positions as Art Director and Graphic designer for companies such as NewACT (Acquired by Amdocs) where he designed state of the art web applications and mobile applications for companies such as Vodafone, Orange, AT&T and Intel as well as many web sites.
